Why German Cockroaches Love Hurricane Restaurants

If you own a restaurant here in Hurricane, you should be aware of roaches around your property. German cockroaches are common area intruders that can cause serious issues when they infest your restaurant. As a restaurant owner, you’re probably wondering what brought them inside in the first place.

German cockroaches enter your restaurant in search of sources of food, water, and shelter. Ignoring excess humidity and moisture problems can lead to increased cockroach activity. Use caulk to seal cracks and holes on the outside of the property and properly block off all garage and entry doors. It’s also a good idea to repair damaged window and door screens.

How do I avoid scorpions?

Avoid walking barefoot around your home, pool, or garage, and be sure to shake out bed sheets, clothing, and shoes to make sure no scorpions are hiding in them.
